We're back to normal meetings at the Blue Room.  Reminder:  Apologies are required.  If you do not apologise, you will be invoiced for the full meeting fee of $16.00.  This is because we will be charged for all breakfasts based on the numbers we supply on the day before.   Friends of Rotary, flip it around.  You will need to let us know if you are coming.

We had a busy month of November, with guest speakers from Kyeema and United Way.  We had our first face to face Club Assembly in a couple of the town cafes.  We held our AGM and got to hear from our returned Rotary Exchange Student, Layla. Our Coffee van had it's first outing for the Rotary year on the 27th of November at the Midnight Sale. It felt so good to have some normalcy back to our usual activities. Jody was our 3 minute speaker on 25 November.   Read more: stories/our-november-meetings-details
Thank you to all the members that donated toiletries, sewed the bags and  then filled the bags.  A big thank-you to Hayley for dropping them off in Camperdown.  Thanks to Jody for coordinating the whole thing.  We look forward to hearing from our recipient school in the Northern Territory.   Find out more about the End Trachoma project here: https://www.endtrachoma2020.org.au/
On Tuesday May 12th 2020 we sang “21 today, 21 today, we’ve got the key to the door (well we had a key but it didn’t fit the door!!!), never been 21 before….. That part was true!
With the #stayhome restrictions in place due to Covid-19 we had to get creative to find a way to celebrate our milestone. And celebrate we did.
Our resident cook baked cupcakes (thanks Brian), Helen helped I’m sure. Helen, Lynne and Bev delivered them to
members on the day of our party (thanks ladies).
Claire set up a Zoom meeting #party (she is a whizz…thanks Claire). Paul helped to put together a clip of birthday wishes sent to the club (very clever – thanks Paul).

Change your community with us by volunteering on a local project.

We work with groups and organizations of all sizes to accomplish even more.
